1. Age & Eligibility Requirements

  • Minimum Age for Tattooing: You must be at least 18 years of age with valid, government-issued photo identification to receive a tattoo at Storyline Ink Tattoo. We offer tattooing services for minors age 16 and up, with parental consent, following all state laws.

  • Website Use: By browsing this Website or submitting an inquiry, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Appointments, Consultations & Deposits

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: All tattoo appointments require a deposit to secure your time slot and compensate the artist for preliminary design work. All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling & Cancellations: We require at least 48 to 72 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment. If you provide sufficient notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new date once. Late cancellations, failure to arrive on time, or no-shows forfeit the deposit entirely.

  • Refusal of Service: Artists reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at their discretion, including but not limited to clients who arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, fail to disclose relevant medical conditions, or display abusive or disrespectful behavior.

3. Health & Safety Disclosures

  • Prior to receiving any service, clients must complete and sign an in-person release and consent waiver.

  • You agree to provide accurate, truthful medical and health information. Certain medical conditions, skin issues, medications, or pregnancy may prevent an artist from performing a procedure safely.

4. Intellectual Property & Artwork

  • Custom Artwork: All custom tattoo sketches, flash designs, concept art, and digital illustrations created by our artists remain the exclusive intellectual property of the respective artist and Storyline Ink Tattoo.

  • Use of Portfolio Images: Storyline Ink Tattoo reserves the right to photograph, film, and showcase completed tattoo work, in-progress sessions, and healed results on this Website, social media channels, and promotional materials.

  • Website Content: All text, graphics, logos, photos, and digital assets on www.storylineinktattoo.com are protected by copyright law and may not be reproduced, copied, or redistributed without prior written consent.

5. Third-Party Links
